Delete your Jamie account

Jamie — AI meeting assistant, by wespond UG (haftungsbeschränkt)

You can request deletion of your Jamie account and all associated data at any time.
You do not need to have the app installed to make this request.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@meetjamie.ai with the subject line "Account deletion request".
2. Send it from the email address associated with your Jamie account, so we can verify you are the account owner.
3. We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Alternatively, if you still have the app installed, you can delete your account directly in the app:

• On mobile: Settings → Delete account (at the bottom of the Settings screen)
• On web and desktop: Settings → Account → Delete account

What is deleted

• Your account and profile information
• All meeting transcripts, summaries, tasks, and tags
• Any other personal data associated with your account

What may be retained

We may retain certain records where required by law — for example, billing and invoice records kept for the legally mandated retention period under applicable tax regulations. Any retained data is no longer linked to an active account and is not used for any other purpose.
