Decide who can do what in your workspace

With Resource Based Access Control (RBAC), enterprise admins can now set who is allowed to share meetings, export them, read transcripts, use Ask AI and connect each integration. Everything lives on a new Permissions page in Settings, and settings for your workspace now have their own home too.

What admins can now do:

• Set each permission to Everyone, Admins only, Specific people or No one
• Give access to named teammates one by one
• Control every integration separately, grouped by category with a filter
• Find it all on the new Permissions page under Settings
• Review every change in the audit log
