🧾 Summary templates

Summary Templates are now live! You can choose from our pre-defined templates or create your own custom template in exactly the format you need. Templates can be applied to meeting notes even after they’ve been generated, giving you full flexibility without needing to re-run a meeting. And what's even better is that you can share your templates with colleagues within Jamie so you can all benefit from the same structure!

🗣️ Speaker memory

Jamie now automatically assigns speaker names based on your calendar events and what’s said during the meeting. It can also remember participants from previous meetings and recognize them again in future ones, resulting in more accurate and consistent speaker attribution over time.

📝 Scratchpad

With the new scratchpad, you can take personal notes while the meeting is still recording - no more switching between apps. Scratchpad notes are kept separate and are not automatically included in Jamie’s generated summary, so you stay fully in control of what goes into your meeting notes.

👥 Team sharing

You can now share meetings directly within Jamie. When you share a meeting with a colleague from your workspace, it appears in their “Shared with me” tab, where they can instantly read through the summary. This feature is available for Team and Enterprise plans only.
